Extinction: Netflix has saved the Sci-Fi movie... from extinction!

Published on Feb 09, 2018

As happened only a few days ago with The Cloverfield Paradox, Netflix seems to have saved another sci-fi movie news-Paramount Pictures from oblivion (we have to start to worry for Paramount?).

We're talking about Extinction, a film announced almost a year ago, which sees as protagonist the actor Michael Peña, who will be intent to save his family (and many others) from an alien invasion.

According to what reported by Variety, the film, whose release in theaters is was, mysteriously, from the schedule, it will arrive now on the platform of video on demand, Netflix, thanks to an agreement very similar to the one signed for The Cloverfield Paradox.

Paramount will continue to save, so marketing for the film is “potentially” disappointing at the box office, while Netflix has secured another exclusive for its platform (remember, Annihilation).

In the cast of the film will be present even Mike Colter and Lizzy Caplan (one more reason to watch it).
