The number 40 of Weekly Shonen Jump, which is available in Japan from Monday 4 September 2017, will reveal that between Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 September 2017, the television station of the japanese Fuji TV will broadcast a special 27-hour dedicated to the history of Japan.

The special, titled”FNS 27-Jikan TV Nihon no Rekishi” (swiss national science foundation in The history of Japan in 27 hours), and from the time that the hours available are so many, Fuji TV will include important segments featuring the characters of the popular animated series Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball, One Piece, Kochikame, and Chibi Maruko-chan (please note that Fuji TV has aired/broadcast on the animated series of these important titles that originally were/are of the manga) so as to encourage children to learn the history of their country.

It is fair to say that the manga and anime are Japan's history, so it is important to include them in this special.

Weekly Shonen Jump will also release a promotional image regarding in which Ryo, the main character of Kochikame, is dressed as Sakamoto Ryomo; Maruko, in Chibi Maruko-cha, dressed in a kimono of the Heian Period; Goten and Trunks, from Dragon Ball, in a rice field during the ancient Period, japanese Yayoi; Luffy, of One Piece, in the field of battle during the Sengoku Period (or also known as during the Warring States Period).

On the web, are already available, the images just described. Here they are below:
