The bagels and pizza are exactly what the title promises! Of briochine soft and sleek, shaped like donuts and flavored like a pizza! The dough is very simple, and because it is prepared with yeast, instant (although nothing forbids you to implement them with the classic pizza dough), the recipe is rather quick to accomplish. I chose a dressing in the style of the pizza margherita, which seemed to me also quite easy to manage. But if you prefer, you can vary: the concept is simply to prepare the donuts and fast in the oven, decorate then as you like!
First, slice the mozzarella and put it to drain in a colander.
Put the tomato sauce in a bowl and insaporitela with salt, oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.
Then prepare the dough: put the flour in a bowl, add salt and yeast, then start to add the water to the wire, kneading as with the hands.
Work is still a bit of the dough on the work surface lightly dusted with flour until you get a dough compact and homogeneous.
Divide it into 6 equal portions, then cut flutes (20-25 cm length) and unitene the ends, seal well, to get the donuts.
as they are ready, arrange the donuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with the tomato sauce.
Bake for 25 minutes in a static oven preheated to 200°C, and then yank them out, distribuiteci over the mozzarella and cook for another 5 minutes to melt the mozzarella.
The bagels and pizza are ready: decoratele with fresh basil and serve immediately!
