The summer is ending and the months prior to Christmas (in which we eat a lot and bad) can be useful to follow a healthy and balanced diet to get back in shape.

First of all, it is important to take seasonal fruits and vegetables, products that are always very nutritious.

The breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You can eat a croissant or toast, add jam and drink milk, tea or coffee.

Monday: lunch with 150 grams of white meat, a side dish of raw or cooked vegetables, 40 grams of bread; dinner with a vegetable soup, a little cheese and bread.

Tuesday: lunch with 120 g of lean fish grilled or baked in foil, salad and a little bread; the dinner may be composed of eggs and vegetables of your choice.

Wednesday: lunch with 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, salad, and 40 g of bread, while in the evening, 60 grams of pasta with tomato sauce and vegetables of your choice.

Thursday: lunch with tuna in water, salad, and 40 grams of bread; dinner-150 grams of white meat and vegetables to taste.

Friday: packed with 60 grams of brown rice and salad, while in the evening, 120 grams of fish with a plate of cherry tomatoes.

Saturday and Sunday, you may abound with dried beef, legumes, and vegetables, still follow what was advised in the week. If on the weekend you eat the pizza or you go for a drink, nothing happens.
