Jeff Lemire has been one of the main visitors of the North Carolina Comic con last weekend and he talked about his present and future projects in a conference dedicated to him.

The canadian author has expressed the wish for the near future, to leave jobs that are not creator owned, and in this sense has confirmed that in march with the #14 will leave The Terrifics, the series born from the ashes of the event, DARK NIGHTS: METAL and true spearhead of the ill-fated label, The New Age of Heroes that has gathered the acclaim of commercial and critical acclaim that DC was hoping to launch.

Which will now be the future of the series remains to be seen.

Lemire, however, has also confirmed to have in the pipeline a project that will be released for the label, the mature DC, Black Label, of which, however, did not reveal anything if not that will be a work intimately linked to the designer with which they had chosen to cooperate.

Remember that Lemire currently publishes Gideon Falls, Ascender, Black Hammer, and is working on the TV series Essex County.

In the past the canadian had shown signs of intolerance towards jobs related to majors by taking long periods of rest from this type of work.

Remember that The Terrifics is published in Italy by RW Lion while Black Hammer and Descender are published by BAO Publishing.
