DC Comics: Action Comics #1000 will contain a new story of Siegel & Shuster – NYCC 2017
DC Comics heats up the engines for achievement of an important objective: the #1000 of the historic Action Comics.
The series began publication in 1938 – and taking into account its various raises and rinumerazioni – is the series and prosthetics longest-running currently published. On the pages of Action Comics #1 (Joe Shushter and Jerry Siegel, published a character that would have given life to an entire genre: the Superman.
Action Comics #1000 will arrive on the shelves of american next April, and a series of promotional events will be published in a special volume hardcover that will collect the stories, the most significant of which appeared on the head starring Superman and his huge family of characters and villains.
The volume will contain an essay by Jules Feiffer and Paul Levitz in addition to other evidences, a poster that raggifurerà all of the 1000 covers of Action Comics and a new story of the ’40 years of Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster!
With regard to the stapled regular Action Comics #1000 instead will of course be a number with the most pages written by Pete Tomasi and Dan Jurgens and drawn by a bevy of artists and will also include a story written by Geoff Johns and Richard Donner.
