DC: back with the Doom Patrol of Gerard Way with the other two series
After a first round all in all positive, but it was plagued by some inexcusable delays, DC is ready to give the new space at DC''s Young Animal, a line curated by the lead singer of My Chemical Romance, Gerard Way, and arrived in Italy thanks to RW Lion with his Doom Patrol series, the Mother Panics and Shade The Changing Girl.
The editorial line will start in July in the U.S. with a new “season” of the Doom Patrol – leveraging in all probability, the great response by audience and critics of the homonymous TV series – titled Weight of the World co-written by Gerard Way himself, and Jeremy Lambert with pencils, James Harvey, Doc Shaner, Nick Pitarra, and Becky Cloonan.
The Doom Patrol will travel in the solar system, while Robotman will have to face the consequences of his return... to humanity!
The other new series starting in July, the Collapser of Mikey Way and Shaun Simon, with pencils of Ilias Kyriazis.
Liam James is an aspiring DJ with anxiety disorder, his life will change when you receive a parcel with inside a black hole that will give him incredible powers that will catapult you into a conflict beyond his wildest imagination.
DC's Young Animal will also give his particular interpretation of the myth of the Green Lanterns To a Sector, the series will start in 2019, written by N. K. Jemisin with the pencils of Jamal Campbell.
