Crisis on Infinite Earths: Marv Wolfman will write the comic book tie-in
The highly anticipated crossover of the Arrowverse The CW will now have an even stronger link with the comic series.
In an interview with THR, the manufacturer of the Arrowverse Marc Guggenheim and the writer of the comic book series the original, Marv Wolfman, shared some interesting news for fans of DC. According to Guggenheim, the story that they wanted to tell was actually the “largest of the five hours ' of television that they have in store for the fans. After discussing the idea of a link to the comic, with Dan Evans of the DC, the Guggenheim will write the two numbers of 24 pages with the Wolfman.

The very idea of two comics that are connected and are part of a series of live television is unique and intriguing. However, according to Guggenheim, it allows them to kill two birds with one stone and give the fans the characters that they would like to see in the tv show but may not, for one reason or another. “I started with Felicity Smoak,” said Guggenheim discussing which of the characters he wanted to add to the books. The comics also include Ray, Nyssa Al-Ghul and the flash, Wally West. There are also appearances of characters such as Batwoman, Barry Allen, and Sara Lance, but those four are the main characters that drive the comic series.
Unfortunately, the first issue of Crisis on Infinite Earths, will debut exclusively at the stores Walmart the 15 December; the second number will be available on the 19th of January.
