Crisis on Infinite Earths: Lynda Carter to be Wonder Woman?
According to some rumor, Lynda Carter's unforgettable Wonder Woman in the tv series the ’70s could come back to dress up crazy the Rider in the next big crossover of the Arrowverse on The CW, which is bringing together many of DC Comics heroes seen in years at the cinema and on tv.
As previously announced, the maxi dedicated crossover to Crisis on Infinite Earths will involve this year's Arrow (his last season), The Flash, Supergirl, DC's Legends of Tomorrow, together with the waiting and the new Batwoman, and for the first time connect is officially in the DC universe/The CW also Black Lightning. A television event that, as a condition to the comics, it will forever change the rules of the game in all the series involved.
It is fair to say that Carter has already appeared in Supergirl in the role of Olivia Marsdin, an alien in human shape even President of the United States. But this does not change anything to the crossover, which, as already announced by all the protagonists to involve different Lands that have been held so far on the events.
In the maxi crossover will also see Tom Welling in the role of Superman to Smallville to see what happened in all these years from the conclusion of the tv series, the Superman of the Arrowverse Tyler Hoechlin and Brandon Routh who, in addition to the role of Ray Palmer, will also be that of Clark Kent as in the 2006 film. They will make a cameo, even Kevin Conroy (voice of Batman animated) in the role of an elder Bruce Wayne and Burt Ward (Robin in the series the ’60s). From Smallville, it will also return the Lois Lane Erica Durance.
Those who will not appear, as stated by the same actor, is the Lex Luthor Michael Rosenbaum (for seven seasons on Smallville). The actor has refused the offer made to him from the production because apparently Warner Bros has not specified what would be the actual commitment on the set and there still is not a script but just some ideas on the path of his character.
Here is the message posted by jonathan Rosenbaum on Twitter to explain his absence:
