At the San Diego Comic-con, Amazon Prime Video has released the official trailer for Carnival Row, a new fantasy series Amazon Original produced with Legendary Television, the incoming stream from the 30th of August.

Orlando Bloom (Pirates of the Caribbean) and Cara Delevingne (the Suicide Squad) they are the protagonists of Carnival Row, a series set in a fantasy world of victorian, where they live, even mythological creatures are forced to flee from their kingdoms of origin, following the invasion suffered by the men. For these creatures, to which it is forbidden to live, to love, and to fly in freedom, it is impossible to live with human beings. But even in the darkness, the hope survives: a detective human, Rycroft Philostrate (Bloom), and a fairy, Cartoons Stonemoss (Delevingne), weave a dangerous relationship in a society that is ever less tolerant. Cartoons, also, hatching a secret that can put in danger the world of Philostrate is following the most important case of his life: a series of horrific murders that threaten the peace a Row.

Alongside Orlando Bloom and Cara Delevingne, the cast of the series also includes David Gyasi (Interstellar) in the role of Agreus, a faun, and mysteriously rich man who moves in high society, despite the social hierarchies, Karla Crome (Under the Dome) in the role of Tourmaline, an acute-fairy-poet, ran away from his native land because of the war, and Indira Varma (Game of Thrones) in the role of re-live Breakspear, the shrewd and regal matriarch of the powerful family that reigns over the city of The Burgue, and Tamzin Merchant (Salem) in the role of Imogen Spurnrose, a young man who sees in the Agreus the opportunity to save his aristocratic family in decline.
