After revealing these words, Koji, who, in the eyes of the readers, is a character in the mysterious and unknown, he sneaks in Konoha, and no alarm sounds. The masked man is a ninja that has previously been famous for her past in Konoha? We'll find out in the next few chapters of the manga.
The Yamanaka are known for their techniques of mind control and tracking of the ninja through the chakras, but this division relating to the registration of individuals who enter and exit from the Village is a novelty that, even in the course of the Fourth War, or in the manga of Naruto in general was revealed.
