Inside the magazine, Shueisha has published the comment of Tite Kubo, credited as the original creator of the work. Here's what he said a week from the release of the live action:

“Are not significantly involved in the production of the project of the live action of Bleach for two reasons: the first because I could not wait to find out which scenes the director (Mr. Sato) was chosen for this film; the second is because I did not have the time to commit myself to the realization of the project, when the work is started from the time I was in the last story arc of the manga. Anyway, I made only two requests for this film: the first was not to change the relationship between the characters established in the history of the original manga; the second that there were changes between the emotions and the actions of the characters themselves.
Thanks to these guidelines, the film is wonderful.
Although the story has some aspects that differ from the manga, many of the battles are inspired by the original story.
A sense of speed and action high-level reach a whole new level to the internal circuits of the japanese films.
If I did not like, honestly, I wouldn't have written any comment.
Now, instead, I write one with happiness.
I hope that you go in a cinema to watch it to find out the end result”.
