Black Panther surpasses Titanic to become the third highest-grossing at the box office USA
Black Panther has beaten another record by overcoming what, for many years, was the movie at the box office in the usa: the Titanic.
The movies of Ryan Coogler has in fact exceeded the amount of 661 million dollars collected at the box office, finishing in third place in the movies of highest-grossing ever in the United States; immediately behind James Cameron's Avatar and Star Wars: The Awakening Force of J. J. Abrams.
The Marvel movies Black Panther is set after the events recounted in Captain America: Civil War and sees T Challa return in the isolated and technologically advanced african nation of Coupled to take his place as King. But when an old enemy makes his return, his role as sovereign and his identity as a Black Panther will be put to the test, and T Challa will be dragged into a conflict that will put at risk the fate of Coupled and around the world.
The film, directed by Ryan Coogler, starring: Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, Andy Serkis, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Florence Kasumba, Sterling K. Brown and John Kani.
The screenplay has been written by four hands by Ryan Coogler and Joe Robert Cole. The film was released in Italian cinemas on the 14th of February 2018.
