Assassin's Creed Symphony: arrives in Italy
As you can read in my article, the world tour of the Assassin's Creed Orchestra was officially presented yesterday, during the E3 2019.
Assassin's Creed Symphony is an impressive show of symphonic media, which combines for the first time the extraordinary and the exciting music of the soundtrack of the record-setting game Assassin's Creed – performed live by a symphony orchestra – to the HD movies of the saga will be projected on a giant screen.
A show never seen before that give you a new experience: thanks to our advanced technology, the images and the holographic projections on the screen will merge in an innovative and engaging with the distinctive and most exciting symphonies of the saga.
Produced by MPG Live to celebrate the 12 years of the video game series one of the most sold of the history, the fascinating project of great scenic impact, will give the spectators a unique experience at the theater, transforming the stage into a set magical.
A small preview of what we'll see in the upcoming world tour has been presented by Ubisoft and MGP Live at E3 in Los Angeles June 10th, and was received with huge enthusiasm by all participants at the largest fair in the world of video games.
The world debut is set for 29 June at the Palais des Congres of Paris, and the show will arrive in our Country on October 6 for a single date in Milan, where it will be staged at Teatro degli Arcimboldi.
Italy has a very important role in the show: on the european tour, in fact, the music will be performed by the Tuscany Symphony Orchestra, a symphonic orchestra of 56 elements, and a choir of 20 voices, with the music rearranged by award-winning pianist and composer Ivan Linn.
The public will have the opportunity to enter a new dimension, transported by the atmosphere evoked by the image fusion and symphonies, immersing himself fully into the performance as never before. While it will scroll on a giant screen, the most loved and evocative moments of the game of the eternal feud between the assassin Brotherhood and the Templar Order, will come to life the rich musical history of the popular saga.
The best songs of the soundtracks written by composers Jesper Kyd, Lorne Balfe, Sarah Schachner, Brian Tyler, Austin Wintory, Winifred Phillips, Elitsa Alexandrova, Chris Tilton, Ryan Amon, and The Flight, were rearranged with the skill and re-modulated in order to draw strength from the images, creating a vibrant sound and emotional without equal, from the atmospheres of egyptian mixed with bursts of classic rock of Assassin's Creed, Origins, the carnival of Assassin's Creed II, going for the grit, fast paced, and the pirates of Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag.
Two hours of pure emotion that will engage both lovers of classical and symphonic music that fans of the series, which will find the power of the work to relive in the images, riding the harmonies of the history of Assassin's Creed, memories, references and suggestions.

Assassin's Creed is a popular series of PC and console games developed and published by Ubisoft. The series has been very successful in both the public and critics, selling over 100 million copies worldwide and becoming the most bought of Ubisoft; it is still one of the series of video games most sold of the history.
The game draws inspiration from the novel Alamut by Vladimir Bartol in 1938 and is often considered the spiritual successor of Prince of Persia. The plot sees the fight between the Order of the knights Templar, that has as its objective the control over the lives of men, to give them purpose and guide them to the true peace, and the Brotherhood of Assassins, another faction that wants to improve the world, inspiring them to justice and eliminating the tyrants.
Each new video game is the sequel of the previous one. In 2018, the series counted eleven main chapters as well as numerous games for
platforms, portable material ‘tie-in’ as novels, comics, short films and feature films.
