As announced by the president of The CW Mark Pedowitz during the recent Upfront, the next crossover of the Arrowverse, Crisis on Infinite Earths, will run for five episodes and, for this reason, it's important that all of the series in the Arrowverse, including Legends of Tomorrow (after the exclusion of this year) and the next new entry Batwoman, as confirmed by TVLine.

The big event will be transmitted between the 2019 and 2020, with three of the five parties that will be aired in December 2019, and the remaining two in 2020, return to the usual winter break. It is not clear yet what the series will be the three initial episodes but the event, seen in its operation, it will become a sort of mini-series within the Arrowverse.

“Crisis on Infinite Earths, will be the largest and the most complicated crossover never seen before” the previous words of the same Pedowitz regarding the event “I can Not say if she faithfully follows the events of the comics, but there will be big twists. It is not a coincidence that you call it that way: if you know the story, you know what I'm talking about”.
