Starting today, the results of searches using Siri and Spotligth on Mac and iOS devices will show the results provided by Google, not by Microsoft's Bing. Apple announced the news via a statement provided to TechCrunch.

"Switching to Google as search engine for Siri and Search on iOS and Mac will allow these services to have a search experience that is consistent with the default settings of the Safari," said Apple. The company from Cupertino will keep Bing as the default search engine for images on Siri and Spotlight on the Mac, while YouTube will continue to manage the research video.

Apple has probably “studied” the news to cast it simultaneously with macOS High Sierra (now available). This will improve the results of the research, unless you prefer Bing the search engine of the Big G.
