Apple orders 10 episodes for “Home”, its new docu-series
Apple has signed an agreement for a new tv show, a docu-series called “Home”. The news on the new content of the original company of Cupertino comes from Variety.
The series will offer “a look at the whole new housing the most incredible of the globe”, and is immersed also in the imagination of the visionaries who have designed and built the houses. On the basis of the description of the show, it seems a something like Cribs on MTV, but with a greater focus on design and architecture.
Apple has ordered the construction of 10 episodes in the span of an hour. The docu-series will be produced by Matt Tynauer and Corey Reese to the Altimeter Films. “Home” is the first series with strong influences of documentary style under the leadership of Jamie Erlicht and Zack Van Hamburg, two former executives of Sony that the company from Cupertino has taken on in the summer with the aim to create new and original video content.
