Apple Maps extends the Flyover feature to other cities, also Italian
Apple has updated silently Apple Maps significantly expanding the list of cities which you can explore via the Flyover, a nice feature that allows you to make a 3D tour of the places to discover the main points of interest. Apple has added more than 50 new cities to the list, including 4 new Italian, or Siracusa, Reggio Calabria, Turin and Padua, in addition to many other Spanish cities, the French, the british and the japanese.
The changes have been reported in the Feature Availability of the Apple (in the Source) and the house of Cupertino has updated the list in the last hour. This means that some of the news reported might be activated already a few weeks, however, have become official only by a few hours.
Among other innovations included the introduction of new maps to the closed to dozens of shopping centers in the US, and the Raleigh-Durham International Airport, North Carolina.
