Apple is working on a new app that will help users to have a more quick and simple to see.
The application allows the user to select one of the basic questions available. Once the selection is made, the app will provide you with the various options available, how to book an appointment at the Genius Bar, send the device for repair, or call the phone support. The app will also provide a series of answers that could help the user to solve the problem, when obviously these issues are less severe. The user can use the service by entering your Apple ID: at that point, the app will automatically list all the devices registered with that account, so as to allow for a quick selection.
