Apple iCloud for Windows 10 is all new: available in the Microsoft Store

Apple's iCloud has an app that's new for Windows 10: it was developed in collaboration with Microsoft, has several points in common with OneDrive and you can download it directly from the Microsoft Store. The app is published on the platform already from the beginning of the year, but the official announcement on the blog of the colossus of Redmond (the link SOURCE), goes back to yesterday evening, and he expressly says "now available".

The new iCloud is, says Microsoft, which is based on the same technology as Windows is in the Files on demand to OneDrive, in circulation since the time of Windows 8 and re-launched with more recent versions of Windows 10. This means that the file icons are always visible and we can interact normally, but may be a simple "placeholder": the actual files are downloaded only when a user decides to edit them, play them or copy them. To help the user understand the status of the file, are shown as small icons additional to the left of the name of the file or folder. iCloud also allows you to share files and folders with your contacts for collaboration or consultation.
