Sifting the firmware of the HomePod, the developer of Avery Magnotti has discovered the amount of RAM and what will be the resolution of the LED display to view the waveform multicolor when you interact with Siri.

The small LED display of the HomePod is used to display the waveform of Siri when you activate the virtual assistant: the panel has a resolution of 272 x 340. The display blends perfectly with the top of the device and lights up when it is activated Siri via specific commands. On this panel there are also virtual keys to activate Siri, and manage the volume of the speaker. The display may show other symbols, but these features are not yet known.

The same developer has also discovered that the HomePod will mount 1 GB of RAM, and chip A8. These are two components that, together, could make HomePod the speaker more powerful, in trade, to the level of performance.

Remember that the HomePod will be available in December, initially in the USA, at a price of 349$.
