Apple considers how to improve “Today at the Apple” in the near future.
In a post on linkedlin, the manager of retail sales of Apple, Angela Ahrendts, spoke about the future of Apple retail Stores and how it might improve the initiative “Today at the Apple”.
Recall that the program “Today at the Apple” is the initiative of Apple's game this year, that sees the store, and some members of the team focused on offering to its clientele, educational activities free of charge ranging from training to design.
The Ahrendts has declared that starting from next month in all the Stores collected feedback from customers who participate in the sessions of the program “Today at the Apple”, feedback that will influence the structure of the program in the near future. These, in fact, give way to Apple to evaluate both the immediate experience that the perception of the user in the long term in order to refine and optimize the workshop and the activities of the program. Today they work on this project some 65,000 people in around 500 store serving the 500 million visitors each year. A positive fact for the company is that the offer of free training is increasing considerably the turnout in the store by the customers.
