Apple celebrates women with a homepage dedicated and a challenge activity

As part of the celebrations of international women's Day, Apple has dedicated its homepage to an interactive function of “women who change the world.“ Both on the desktop and on mobile, the home page of the website of the company has been transformed into a universe sliding biographies of women influential in modern culture, from Malala to Greta Gerwig.

Below the collage interactive, Apple's site offers links to the recording of Today at Apple and his new series She Creates, as well as sections that increase the awareness for projects such as Kode With Klossy and Malala Fund. Take a look now on Apple.com.

We can use your finger or the mouse to scroll and click on the various photos to read a short biography of each woman. At the centre of the site there is a link to the new ad Behind the Mac, which has the same women creators and activists views that we can find on the homepage.

Apple has launched initiatives for the entire month of march to present the work of women, including several new sessions Today at Apple, sections and special editorial on the App Store and Podcasts, as well as new playlists of Apple's Music selected by major female artists such as Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift.

There is also a challenge of activities for the international day of the woman for the users of Apple Watch, which gives us the opportunity to earn a special badge theme by completing a workout of running, walking or wheelchair for at least 20 minutes.
