Apple and Goldman Sachs will implement the credit card “Apple Pay”
The Wall Street Journal reports that Apple is working on a new credit card with a trademark of Apple Pay, which will be produced in collaboration with Goldman Sachs.
This first credit card, sponsored by Apple should debut in 2019, but the partnership with Goldman will also extend into other areas such as personal financing in Apple Store.
Apple and representatives of Goldman are still discussing the terms for the release of this credit card, which I'm sure will be branded “Apple Pay”.
Apple already offers a credit card with Apple Rewards card that works with Apple Pay and has been released in the US through Barclays, but this new agreement will be much more comprehensive and profitable for users. In addition, the new card to Apple Pay will replace the current Apple Rewards.
Users will then have a real credit card on which you can connect an account with Apple Pay, in addition to traditional bank accounts, and where to perform the operations of the financing for the purchases of Apple products.
