Apple allows customers of the Apple Card to skip the payment of march

Today, owners of the Apple Card, they received an e-mail telling them that if they were in need of financial assistance because of the pandemic coronavirus COVID-19, can enroll in a new program of customer care that will allow them to skip the payment of march without incurring interest charges.

Users who want to enrol on the new programme of assistance, may send the following message to the Apple support Card via iMessage: “I Would like to enroll in the Program of assistance for our customers.”

Once the message is sent, the company will respond with the following e-mail:

We understand that the situation COVID-19 rapidly evolving poses unique challenges for everyone and some customers may have difficulty making monthly payments. The Apple Card is committed to helping lead a financial life more healthy.

If you need assistance, click here to link to Apple support Card with a Message and sign up to our customer support Programme, which will allow you to skip the payment of march without incurring interest charges.

This announcement by Apple follows Apple's decision to close all shops outside of China until the 27th of march, with immediate effect. Apple has also claimed to have donated $ 15 million to the global response COVID-19.
