Also Wistron assemble part of the next iPhone
While Foxconn assembles most of the new iPhone in the coming months, Apple will rely even to Wistron for a small part of the production.
Orders required to Wistron may not be as high as in years past, but the company shall not be completely excluded from production as imagined in the past.
It is not clear which models will produce Wistron, but probably it will be the only iPhone LCD 6.1 inch. In the past, the company dealt with the production of the iPhone IF and iPhone 6s.
The choice of the LCD model has a lot of sense. From a part, it is the most easy to produce in the absence of the OLED screen, the other will most likely be the iPhone sold more, and then we will need a partner to work with Foxconn.
