Alita, the new release date for the film

The Hollywood Reporter announced that 20th Century Fox has again postponed the release date of Alita: Angel of the Battle, the live action film inspired by the original manga Alita (GUNNM) of relationship with yukito tsukihiro Kishiro produced by James Cameron (the Terminator) and directed by Robert Rodriguez (Sin City).

Initially planned for last July 20, and already postponed to the 21st of December next, the film is now scheduled for the February 14, 2019.

Set in the 26th century, Alita (Rosa Salazar) is a cyborg who is discovered in a junk yard by dr. Daisuke Ido (Christoph Waltz). Without any memory of his previous life, except for the incredible training in the martial arts stored by her body, Alita becomes a ruthless bounty hunter on the trail of the worst criminals in the world.

Remember that in the Manga he has plans for a new edition of the original manga in three volumes of large format.
