Alita: Angel of the Battle – Revealed new scenes of action at the CinemaCon!

Published on May 02, 2018

In the course of the recent CinemaCon in Las Vegas, held in the city of Nevada, from 23 to 26 April, was projected a screen test exclusively to a selected audience of Alita: Angel of the Battlefield, the film Sci-Fi cyberpunk directed by Robert Rodriguez and produced by James Cameron, the stretch of the homonymous manga confession, but her own Kishiro.

The movies screened included the action scenes, which, however, seem to have divided viewers between skeptics who have found the film pretty silly, and yet others see it as a declaration of love for the fans of the anime original.

New ALITA: BATTLE ANGEL trailer. It's clear they are trying very, very hard to make this thing work but I remain super skeptical. It just looks goofy.

Now we're gonna see two scenes from the movie.

New trailer of Alita: Battle Angel. It is clear that they are trying very, very hard to operate this thing, but I'm super skeptical. It seems stupid.

Two scenes: Alita waking up and looking at her robo-body in a mirror, and Breathes fighting a big-ass robo-dude who had clawed metallic tentacles. Still not feeling it.

Not being funny: I just don't like looking at it Breathes. Forget the uncanny valley, this is the uncanny Marianas Trench.

Two scenes: Alita wakes up and observes his robotic body in a mirror, and Alita, who is fighting against a guy, half-man half-machine, with tentacles. Still does not convince me.

Alita looks like a legit love letter for fans of the anime. Over-the-top, well-choreographed action, not scared of going a bit silly. Still have no idea if the world on the whole is ready for this, but I'm already positive it's going to have a very dedicated fanbase once it comes out

Alita seems to be a love letter to anime fans. Over-the-top, the action well-choreographed, without fear of becoming banal.

I'm still not sure if the world, as a whole, is ready for this, but I'm sure you will have a fan base is very passionate when it's out.

Set in the 26th century, Alita tells the story of a cyborg (Salazar) that is discovered in the rubble by a scientist. Without any memory of his previous life, aside from his incredible skills in the martial arts, the woman becomes a bounty hunter in search of criminals. His journey will lead to the discovery of the self and of love.

In the cast of the film, which will hit the cinemas on 21 December 2018 at the latest, we will find Jennifer Conelly, Rosa Salazar, Jackie Earle Haley, Eiza Gonzalez, Wool Condor, Mahershala Ali, Ed Skrein and Oscar-winner Christoph Waltz.
