Alajmo's new restaurant in Milan
Milan is a continuous sprouting of new restaurants of chefs important and the stars, these days is the time of the family Alajmo, until now, well rooted in the Veneto region.
The brothers Alajmo, Massimiliano and Raffaele has been on the culinary scene for years with their ten restaurants in the Veneto, the most famous of Le Calandre in Padua province, the other scattered between Venice (Piazza San Marco) and the province, with the unique exception of Coffee Stern in Paris.
The chef is Massimiliano, famous for having won the third Michelin Star at just 28 years of age, next to him, the older brother Raffaele, the first kitchen, creates the menu, and directs the staff, the other takes care of all the management and organizational aspects, starting with their brand that keep us both instantly recognizable everywhere.
In Milan will open in September in a prestigious location, in the space of 10 Corso Como Carla Sozzani where it is present its art gallery with the sale of luxury items, books, vintage objects, a coffee-restaurant, a terrace overlooking the skyscrapers of piazza Gae Aulenti, the hotel has only three rooms.
The new restaurant will be built in this space, yet to understand exactly where, what is known is that the Alajmo they are planning something completely different than the other activities they designed, signed the project, a well-known architect Philippe Starck, for other information, we have to wait.
Another innovation is that the Alajmo open a restaurant across the ocean, we speak of Marrakesh in Morocco, scheduled to open in December 2018.
