Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition will arrive on Android on the 27th of August @BitFeedCo.

Lovers of the Final Fantasy rejoice: Square Enix has confirmed that Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition, a title first announced in 2003 for the Nintendo Gamecube, will arrive officially on Android the next 27 August.

For those who had never heard of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (both the original and the remastered version) is an action role-playing game (Action RPG) in which players take control of a group of adventurers who travel the world in search of rare trees that produce “myrrh”, which are used to power the crystals that protect the settlements of the world from the poisonous Miasma. Players are guided through a series of repeated events that dictate their progress in the game and its history. The adventurers set off from their village, traveling towards the trees guarding the vessel that collects the myrrh, exploring the underground in which they reside in the trees, and then coming home to renew the protective cap of their village.

The arrival of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition on Android has gone through several difficulties. The official Twitter account for Final Fantasy last December had announced that the arrival of the game, initially scheduled for January 2020, had been postponed to the summer of 2020.

In short, we learned for the first time that Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition would be arriving on Android in 2019 and by then some of the release windows have been given and then wait. Now, however, the arrival date is certain, and officially confirmed by Square Enix.

Waiting for the 27th of August and the arrival of the game on Android (and iOS), we want to remember that Square Enix also has a ramp to launch a new mobile game Kingdom Hearts.
