Samsung has announced the start of construction of a new production line to 5 nm that will help you compete with rival TSMC. The new facility, located in Pyeongtaek, Korea, will become the main production base of the company for solutions 5G · HPC · TO 5nm EUV.

The new line of the foundry, which will focus on the 5-nanometer (nm) based on EUV and process technology lower.
