In the arrival of the jailbreak of iOS 13.5 for all devices

Last year, users of the jailbreak have had a great surprise with the announcement of checkm8, a exploit found on almost every chip made by Apple that has allowed the jailbreak process on different devices with different versions of iOS.

Now, the jailbreak is coming for a still greater number of devices, because the team unc0ver has announced a new tool that can jailbreak every version of iOS on each device.

This means that devices such as the iPhone 11, iPhone, IF and the iPad Pro 2020 may be subjected to a jailbreak even if they use iOS 13.5, the latest version of iOS currently available. The new tool unc0ver 5.0 is based on a kernel vulnerability detected by Pwn20wnd, well-known developer and hacker.

The team has not said when the new jailbreak will be available to the public, but the official website indicates that it will happen very soon. Currently, Checkra1n – that is another tool to jailbreak based on the exploit of checkm8 – can unlock only devices with chips of up to A11 Bionic (iPhone 8 and iPhone X).

An advantage of unc0ver on Checkra1n is that it can be run on macOS, Windows and Linux, while Checkra1n is officially available only for macOS.

We are going to release #unc0ver 5.0.0 with support for every signed iOS version on every device using a 0day kernel vulnerability from @Pwn20wnd in sponsorship with https://t.co/l4SDOTDUla very soon. Update your devices to 13.5 and follow our progress on https://t.co/cNIUANaJr2.
