Apple is testing its devices AR with an internal system that could look like a sort of HTC Live. Clues on the equipment emerged from the now-usual build of preview of iOS 14 that has been circulating for several days now, thanks to the colleagues of MacRumors.

The reference to the taiwanese company it is not a coincidence: according to Bloomberg, in the early stages of the big project on augmented reality (speaking of 2017 and 2018) Apple used Lives real to test the software. A picture of the controller of the prototype of the Apple (showed always rummaging among the files of the build of iOS 14) shows evident similarities with that of Living Focus.

Apparently, for the purposes of development, Apple is also testing a video game: a bowling geo-located, we could call it, where the track to play is set up by the sidewalks of the streets of the real world. It is active only in a specific area of California, just a few steps away from the office, Apple called Mathilda 3, in Sunnyvale, which is located more or less halfway between Cupertino and Mountain View. You may be right there that the project AR is being brought forward.

Tim Cook has publicly expressed several times the opinion that the realities augmented/virtual/mixed is a potential next big thing. According to the rumors, you may get different branded products from Apple in the next two years.
