Adobe is inviting users to test the beta of its next app Illustrator for the iPad.

Illustrator for iPad is designed to take advantage of Multi-Touch and the Apple Pencil as input methods and the hardware of the iPad, including the camera system. For example, you can take a photo of a hand-drawn sketch and the app will help you to transform it into vector. The files are saved in Adobe Creative Cloud, then you can start a project on your iPad and continue to the desktop or vice versa.

Adobe is committed to launch Illustrator for the iPad by 2020, but has not yet provided a precise release date. Users can sign up to get access to the beta from here.
