In the past few weeks the announcement that this year the event Google Cloud Next will not go into the scene with his usual formula, that brings together, in one place about 30,000 people, replaced by the version Digital Connect broadcast online in the context of the emergency coronavirus. Today by Mountain View, another intervention that postpones that too.

Google Cloud Next: Digital Connect postponed

In the program initially at the Moscone Center in San Francisco from 6 to 8 April, the event attracts developers and industry professionals, focusing the attention on the news for the ecosystem of products and services offered by bigG and related to the universe of the cloud.

Google Cloud has decided to postpone the Google Cloud Next ’20: Digital Connect due to concerns for the health and safety of our customers, partners, employees and the community, on the basis of recent decisions taken by the government, local and federal about the coronavirus (COVID-19).

The event is not in any way cancelled, only postponed to a time more peaceful and serene, when a small gathering of people involved in the live streaming will not constitute a danger.

Be assured that we are committed to implement Google Cloud Next ’20: Digital Connect, but we’ll keep the event at the right time. We will share a new date when we have a better understanding of how to evolve the situation.

It remains for us now to understand what will be theI/O 2020 to the beginning of may which, as already known for the past few week will not be staged in its traditional form.
