Realme X50 Pro 5G will not be announced during the next edition of the MWC in Barcelona, contrary to what previously announced by the chinese company. The decision was confirmed in the last few hours, after which the GSMA has announced the cancellation of the Spanish fair because of the epidemic Coronavirus, which has made it impossible for the organization of the event.
The launch of the smartphone, however, is not under discussion, the asian manufacturer has confirmed that the device will still be presented on February 24, even if only with an online event.
Taking into account the impact of the virus and the cancellation of the MWC 2020, Realme has decided to cancel their participation at the MWC 2020 Barcelona. Our first top of the range 5G, Realme X50 Pro, whose debut was originally expected at the MWC, will be launched online around the world in Madrid on the 24th of February.
The news regarding Realme X50 Pro 5G does not end here: in the last hours the chinese company has used its Twitter account to anticipate any further detail.
The reference is to the poster seen in the gallery at the top, through which the company has confirmed that the device will be equipped with a quick charger 65W with technology SuperDart Charge (the registration of the trademark dates back to the end of December). It is a further step forward for the Realme, that with the X2 Pro you the push was “only” up to 50W.
According to what is made known by the same Realme in the past days, X50 Pro 5G will be equipped with a SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 with modem 5G Snapdragon X55, 12GB memory RAM LPDDR5, 256GB of storage, and Android operating system 10 with Realme UI 1.0
