A commercial advertising the release of the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip

During a commercial break during the Academy Awards, Samsung has offered viewers a first look at his new folding, the Galaxy Z Flip, which the company is expected to unveil officially on Tuesday.

The design of the device shown in the ad of Samsung confirms the previous rumors, the device being shown folded open in various angles and completely flat. At a certain point, the ad shows the phone placed on a flat surface with an angle of 90 degrees while you are in a video call with the Google Duo.

What’s new in this release Galaxy Z Flip? The biggest news that we can see in the video is a call screen on the external display 1-inch.

The Galaxy Z Flip may be equipped with a glass screen ultra-thin that Samsung would have developed in an attempt to avoid the display problems that have plagued the Galaxy Fold. Despite this, it seems that Samsung has not been in grada to hide the small fold of phones are foldable – the ad reads: “you May notice a small crease to the centre of the main screen, which is a natural characteristic of the screen.”

The Galaxy Z Flip will be officially announced together with the Galaxy S20 – of which there are three models – the Unpacked event of Samsung in San Francisco on 11 February.
