February is the “Month of the heart” and Apple has decided to create a new challenge for the users on the Apple Watch is dedicated to the promotion of cardiovascular health.
New challenge special for all Apple users who will be able to reach this goal by Valentine’s day, on the occasion of the month dedicated to heart health. You just have to have an Apple Watch and the desire to do physical activity.
To complete the challenge in question, all users interesting have to close the own ring training in the app Activity for seven consecutive days. The challenge will start tomorrow, 8 February 2020, and will last until February 14, 2020. Those who are able to successfully complete the challenge will receive a special prize and theme of the exclusive emoticon stickers for iMessage.

The challenges and activities promoted by Apple are often linked to special occasions or festivities that are held throughout the year.
