The first ads arrive on Instagram Stories

After the launch of Stories, the sharing function of the videos uploaded in the last 24 hours and in the style of “Snapchat”, Instagram is going to monetize this innovation, with the first advertisements.

On Stories, companies can buy space and appear in their ads, including the “stories” shared by other users. This means that, between one story and another, we may soon see advertisements that, fortunately, are skippabili at any time.

In this first phase, the first ads are only available in the USA.
