Kantar: Android and iOS have 97% of the U.S. market

Punctual as always, the note analysis company Kantar provides estimates relating to the use of mobile operating systems, with a particular attention to Android, iOS and Windows Phone/Windows 10 Mobile.

Unfortunately for users, Microsoft operating system if the passes getting worse and worse and, according to the latest report of Kantar (with data updated to November 2016) are almost disappearing from the markets around the world. In Europe Windows resists with 6.9% (but at a loss of 4.1% compared to November 2015), in Japan has a miserable 0,3% (even the other OS surpass it) and also in the United States the OS of Microsoft has only retained 2.3% of the market.

In the USA, the combination of Android (60.4%) and iOS(37,1%) reaches 97.5% of the total, which means that almost the totality of the citizens of the united states (but also other countries, to tell the truth) using the mobile operating systems of Google or Apple.
